Great Leaders Aren't Born. They're Developed.

Leadership has never been more important, or more challenging.

Today's leaders are navigating a workplace that looks dramatically different than it did even a decade ago. Multiple generations now work side by side. Employee expectations continue to evolve. Communication styles have changed. Technology is reshaping how teams collaborate. The leadership approaches that worked in the past don't always produce the same results today.

That's why the next session of the Graphic Media Alliance Emerging Leaders Academy, Developing Leaders at Every Level, is designed to help participants understand what effective leadership looks like in today's workplace and how to intentionally develop it throughout an organization.

This session goes beyond managing people. Participants will explore how leaders influence culture, build trust, create accountability, and develop the confidence of those around them. They'll gain practical tools for coaching employees, providing meaningful feedback, delegating effectively, and creating an environment where people can grow and succeed.

Who should attend? More than you might think.

For emerging leaders, this session provides a strong foundation for building leadership skills early in their careers. Rather than relying on trial and error, participants will learn proven practices that prepare them to lead with confidence and earn the respect of their teams.

For experienced managers and senior leaders, the session offers an opportunity to evaluate current leadership practices, explore fresh perspectives, and ensure they are developing the next generation of leaders within their organizations. Leadership isn't static. The best leaders continue learning, adapting, and refining their approach throughout their careers.

One of the unique strengths of the Emerging Leaders Academy is the opportunity to learn alongside peers from across the graphic communications industry. Through interactive discussions, real-world examples, and practical application, participants leave with ideas they can immediately implement back at their organizations.

And if you can't attend every session, don't worry. Every registered participant receives access to recorded sessions, and the Academy concludes with a full-day recap on December 15, where every course will be presented again. It's designed to ensure participants receive the complete learning experience regardless of when they join the program.

Join us on July 21 and invest in one of the most valuable assets your organization will ever have: its leaders. Because strong companies don't happen by accident. They are built by leaders who never stop learning.

Register today and join us on July 21
